I’ve been writing for most of my life; it is something that I deeply enjoy. I’m fascinated by words and what they can do for us. I love taking complex information and presenting it in a clear and compelling way. That is exactly what I do for my clients, helping them to express important ideas in a way that truly reflects them and their business.

After a successful career as a journalist, author and academic researcher I launched CRC Writing Services in 2000. By that time I had amassed a great deal of experience working in many different sectors. I had worked for a number of business magazines, for leading business schools (Ashridge and Henley), for City firms and for a major political party, for whom I had organised conferences at a residential conference centre. I had also worked for two MPs. In addition I had been a management researcher for Mirror Group Newspapers, and a market researcher for Hospital Corporation of America.

Publications I have written for include: Chief Executive, International Management, Management Today, Engineering Today, and The Economist.

Along the way, I have written six books on business, science, design and management consultancy, interviewing global leaders in all those fields. Almost all these books have been reviewed in The Sunday Times, The Financial Times, The Guardian and The Mail.

My qualifications include an MA in History from Oxford University, and MA in Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Management from London, and a Diploma in Innovation and the Management of Change from Brunel.

So I bring to the activity of writing a very broad range of skills, knowledge and experience. That is what I can offer you.
